Given the number of received applications we will close the registration in a couple of days.

Basic Information

The workshop 'Dynamics and Number Theory' will take place in the week 27-31 of May at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. There will be 4 minicourses each consisting of 3 lectures (1 hour). The courses will cover a variety of topics on the interface of dynamical systems, diophantine approximation and analytic number theory. The material covered in the courses is well suited for graduate students and post-docs (senior undergraduates are also encouraged to apply). We will also have three 1 hour lectures on topics in dynamics and number theory.

To register for the workshop please fill out the form in the registration tab. Additionally, we plan to have shorter talks by participants who would like to speak.

You can indicate if you would like to give a short talk in the registration form. The organizers will provide lodging (in shared double rooms) for accepted participants who indicate the need for lodging in the registration form. The deadline for registration is May 10th, 2024. Given the limited capacity the organizers encourage to register at an earlier date (the same applies to short talks).
